The character of Lady Macbeth always frustrated me so I wrote a play about her.
‘What Is That Noise?‘ takes place just after her death and right before her husband finds out. The Three Witches meet with our heroine to discuss stereotypes, arts funding, propaganda and editorial choices. Also, have you ever noticed that the chants of cheerleaders sound like incantations?
